Olimpia Ponno

Born in Rome, she is coach, trainer, multidisciplinary, cross-cultural business development & measurement consultant on the national and international market. With a humanistic background, approach, and a Master in Marketing and Management, from 1994 to 2006 she  had played  managerial roles in event-hospitality-tourism-travel industry companies.

Since 2007 she has been running Olimpia Ponno Consultancy Lab, specialized in experiential communications and marketing activities, and since 2020 Academy Director & Partner of Pandora Management Solutions in London providing education and consultancy services for the tertiary sector. Past President MPI Italia Chapter with 17 years of intense membership activity in Meeting Professionals International, she is InterNations member (Community for expatriates and global minds), and Positive Impact Ambassador, sustaining the impact of corporate social responsibility, sustainability, biodiversity on destinations and every day life.

In 2018 she has been selected  as member of the local Host Committee SITE/MPI Global Forum in Rome, the first international association appointment of meeting and incentive professionals. In 2016 she had been in the jury of the Best Event Awards in Seville. In 2014 she had been awarded by the Salerno Chamber of Commerce for her contribution to the growth of the destination image and the local operators.

International speaker, blogger, author, opinion maker, she designs and holds courses and masters in Italy and abroad for students, professionals, entrepreneurs, managers. Passion  creativity, curiosity, energy are the keys to her personal and professional pathway.
